Philosophy:
Therapy can be a great investment. Whether you feel stuck and want to raise awareness as to why, or you need coping techniques, or a safe place to process life (or all of the above), therapy provides a space for growth, healing, and change. It can also give you a place to feel seen and heard by an experienced professional.
Experience:
I graduated from Fuller Theological Seminary in 2016 with a Masters in Marital and Family Therapy and have been a therapist since 2015. I have provided therapy to individuals, couples, and adolescents in church, private practice, and school settings. I integrate Christianity with psychotherapy often, which is a passion of mine, and have presented workshops to college students regarding ways to stay emotionally healthy.
